For overseas visitors we are close to Manchester International Airport offering the knowledge that on arrival to the UK you are not faced with a long journey to our base. To assist our visitors from overseas we are happy to arrange transportation to and from the airport.

Since we started life on the canals in 1973, our company has earned a reputation for the high quality of its narrowboats.

All new canal narrowboats are fitted out using the best materials and methods of construction to ensure that this reputation is maintained. Traditional woods and materials reflect the distinctive style of life on the waterways.

Our steel hulled canal boats have been designed first and foremost to hire for comfort, ease and reliability, with full headroom through the boat and plenty of space for everyone.

Our boats are accredited within the English Tourism Council’s Quality Assurance Grading scheme. The ETC ratings are a clear guide of what to expect in an easily recognised form. You can be confident that your accommodation has been thoroughly checked and rated before you make a booking. Craft are assessed annually.
